What is BLG protein?
BLG stands for beta-lactoglobulin. It is the most abundant protein in bovine whey and a complete protein: it contains all nine essential amino acids, including leucine, which is involved in muscle protein synthesis when you also train and eat enough total protein.

BLG vs whey vs plant protein
